Real estate firm ATS Group, which was founded in 1998, has announced the
launch of a new residential project christened ATS Greens Pa¬radiso at
Sector Chi IV, Greater Noida. Spread over 32 acres and designed by
renowned architect Hafeez Contractor, ATS Greens Paradiso will house
1,000 apartments in 23 towers.
The apartments in the multi-sto¬reyed buildings will be available in
3BHK and 3BHK plus servant’s quarter/study options. Also available will
be 4BHK apartments with servant’s quarter. All the apartments, with
marble flooring, will be spacious and well-ventilated. The apartments
are priced between Rs 70 lakh and Rs 1.5 crore.
Green development will be carried out on three-fourths of the total
area. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2012.
ATS Greens Paradiso will offer facilities like 24-hour treated water,
100 per cent power backup, broadband connectivity, optical fibre
optic-driven phone lines, IPTV (internet protocol television), and
elevators.

Safety of residents will be given priority. Apart from high-walled
compounds, the developer promises to maintain three-tier security in the
complex. Besides being guarded by security personnel round the clock,
CCTVs will be installed all around the complex. There will also be swipe
card security, which means a visitor can enter the premises only after
the guard swipes the card in the machine.
The complex will have fire-fighting systems, gymnasium, swimming pool,
jogging track, squash and tennis courts, air-conditioned community hall,
library, clubhouse, shopping complex and café.
